We have been working with the original designer to develop the best 1200 available.  Others keep chasing while were years ahead with low end, mid-range torque, and top end performance. World title performance, now updated for 2026.
Crankshafts: Our TPE billet crank counterweights are balanced to our 95mm custom rotating assembly. If you ever wondered your motor shakes so much at idle? Well, that is because it is not balanced, losing valuable power, bogging off your set up wake, and creating heat.
Crankshaft Bearings: Did you know we designed the bearings from Nachi for ADR crankshafts? We started with OEM Koyo and improved upon their designs for ease of use and performance. Trust who the industry trusts to make and tune your parts.
Pistons: Wossner factory balanced pistons, offering over 10 grams better balancing than our older Wiseco. Better metallurgy, offering less piston skirt collapse. a common cause of failure with our older style pistons. Tighter tolerances and coated piston skirts for wear and longevity.  21mm Heavy Duty piston pins that don’t flex during maximum HP pulls.  After years of piston being sent back for remanufacturing and numerous quality inspection failures here at our shop we had enough. Other sell sub-par parts and components, most times they don’t even know as they don’t have our years of experience, we refuse to.
Modular Case: Our 2026 cases are a complete ground up design. Years of experience at World Finals, and hundreds of events have bred not only a new design, but a revolution in performance and ease of inspection and changing of components in minutes, not hours, requiring no gaskets nor sealant. Damaged timing area, no problem we just swap out that part. Modular case design allows easier repairs, and less cost. Specific case volume made for our crankshaft, unlike others that are oversized. We reduced the case volume more than any motor available today for the ultimate in low end snap, while offering direct fuel transfer to our new 2026 cylinder.
Weight: Our added horsepower is great but so is a motor on a diet. Low fifty-pound motors depending on configuration and hardware. Three-piece lightweight case design and over 5 pounds lighter than the competition! Unheard of until today. 1200s lighter than stock motors. The lightest of any by far! Titanium hardware packages now available for even wore weight savings. Latest billet head shell is lighter than cast.
Total Loss/Charging: Can’t decide if you want Charging ignition or Total Loss? Now you don’t have to, as you can have both set ups, plug and play. A spare complete set up, you can swap in the ski in mins, not hours. We learned at events, gremlins happen. We even included timing marks, no more guessing about performance. Now you can be prepared to ride more and train to win!
Inspection: Want to see how your front crank bearing or seals look? Easy, remove the front o-ringed cover and check in in mins. Check your reeds, no problem, plug and play designs.
Starter: Updated starter, designed for 1200 cc high compression motors specifically, not a 650 starter like the 62T based motors use saving your bendix, flywheel and turning that 1200 monster over easily.
Intake and Reed: O-ringed Intake to case manifold. O-ringed carb speed plate to intake manifold. Our speed plate has our latest zero thickness design. Meaning you can change our new TPE only mega sized reeds in the ski in mins without removing the motor. No gasketing means no leaks, and more time on the water. New reed stuffers, with specific case design to our reeds offering the ultimate in low end hit and top end performance. Better direct carb to intake manifold performance translating into better carburetor performance and tunability from increased carb signal. Carburetor synching, alignment and performance issues are now a thing of the past. We now have dowel pinned intake manifold to ensure the carbs remain synced no matter how many times you remove them or the intake manifold.
Cylinder: Updated Cylinder porting internally on our TPE 1200 only cylinder. No others cannot offer, even if they claim they do.  Their custom porting option is our old 1105 porting, marketed as a 1200. Our stock porting on our 1200s takes over 8 hours of hand and CNC work. Superior oversized A,B,C intake porting, oversized Boost porting, exhaust and sub-exhaust modifications with our freestyle specific porting. Others charge additional for receiving half of our performance. The new cylinder and engineered head/dome package control water flow and cooing internal to the cylinder is updated for optimal cooling, longevity of piston, crankshafts and performance. Something the competition cannot offer.
Head and Domes: Heavier duty domes in a lighter designed package. Our competitors 1200 domes suck. Cracking at anything close to 200 psi, leaking O-rings, wiped piston skirts, rusted cranks, blown motors, lost ride time and added cost. We redesigned our cylinders to accommodate the same dome from 964-1200 motors for ease of swapping and performance across all our motors. Our first-year manufacturing TPE motors we sold multiple sets of replacement domes for cracking and failures. Since our latest design, NOT ONE. Our latest billet package offers water temperature control for performance in all water temperatures and conditions. The integrated water control manifold has Delrin needle valves for adjusting flow and now over 1/2″ of internal flow. More than adequate for any temperature riding conditions. Lose a cooling line? No problem as we moved the fittings behind the carburetors, so it won’t hydro lock your motor.
The competition: Others offer an inferior 15-year-old designed 1100 cylinder with 1200 crankshaft and heavy Chinese made case and components, with domes that have been cracking and damaging multiple engines. Others offer motors 10 to 15 lbs heavier with inferior steel sleeve designs. Watch their narrative change year after year. We have inspected their Chinese made crank bearings. The question is why? Other are still just swapping head shell or removing our cylinder ISO 9000 tracking marks so you think they are winning, they aren’t. 🙂 We know!
Price: Every step of the way we have been monitoring labor cost associated with case and cylinder and head/dome modifications. We could not figure out how to reduce costs without a complete redesign. Now with our new 2026 redesigned USA made parts were less expensive as well. Keep that over $1,000 in your pocket for fuel, you are going to want it. Hang on, the future in now.
Tuning: Full tuned packages available. As you know we offer carbs, to trim systems. We have been building the world’s best freestyle and freeride skis since 2012. Every rider receives our full attention for each build.

1200 cc 16mm stroke motor is available in two stages. Regular TPE porting or Competition versions are available with our 2026 TPE only cylinders. Comp porting requires ported exhaust manifolds for optimal performance. Complete with new 2026 Billet TPE only cases and new 16mm crankshaft. There is no difference in longevity of the engine with the new packages.
